A custom printed envelope enhances and reinforces your brand image.  It conveys a professional and uniform look to your business correspondence, and greatly increases the chance that your customer will read what’s inside.

Our high quality Printed Envelopes come in a range of finishes and paper types tailor-made to your requirements.

Three main processes are utilised:

Overprinting
Overprinting standard envelopes is the most economical method of getting your message on the front or back of an envelope. We can overprint the envelopes in single colour or up to four colour process, depending on your needs.  High quality printing of envelopes can be achieved utilising offset printing on our comprehensive range of stock envelopes, usually within three to seven working days.

Flexographic printing
Ideal for large quantities (100,000 or more), incorporating one, two, three or four colours, including process print. Cost efficiencies are maximised with the envelope being printed as it is manufactured.

Flat Sheet Printing
Provides the highest quality and most creative results, utilizing many printing finishes and specialty papers. The design is first printed onto flat sheets of paper, cut into shapes, then folded and glued into envelopes. Processes such as die cutting, window patching and folding produce spectacular results.

Why Envelope Printing

Logo
No single image or design embodies your brand like a logo. Include your logo in the upper left hand corner of the design or along the right side of the envelope. A recent trend is to use the logo like a watermark - faded and extending across the face of the envelope.

Full color
When you really need to get attention, take advantage of full colour printing. Envelope printing can be an incredibly inexpensive method of brand reinforcement, so be sure to include company colors.
