What happens when you send us an order?
A print specialist checks your order to see if everything is clear and processes the invoice ready for your payment.
Placing your order online is the fastest way. You can also email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org
if you have requested a designer to create the file for you, they will contact you to discuss your ideas, and create the design for you to proof. If you sent your own files to us for printing we will prepare the files and email you a proof.
Only once you are happy with the proof should you sign it and send it back to us.
Your job is sent into production where it gets printed, finished and packed, under the supervision of our experienced production team.
Once your product is ready we will email you the invoice as a reminder for payment as all online orders must be pre- paid.
